Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Solutions Merchant Investments and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Zimbabwe, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided by law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
